Healing Connections offers a variety of counseling services including individual therapy and couples therapy. I see adults and children ages 5 and older. 

During your first session with Healing Connections, I will ask you questions to get to know you better and understand what brings you to counseling. You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the counseling process. We will also go over intake paperwork and make sure you are familiar with the Good Faith Estimate. 

A counseling session with Healing Connections typically lasts for 55 minutes, although session length may vary depending on your specific needs and preferences.

An initial 15-minute consultation is free.

First visits last 75 minutes and are $120. 

A 55-minute counseling session is $90

Billing insurance comes with restrictions, like limited number of visits and a required diagnosis, which inhibits my ability to provide the kind of counseling I feel is most beneficial. I also don't have to share your records with your insurance company. 

If you are interested, I can provide a superbill for those insurance companies that will reimburse out-of-network counseling services if that is something you are interested in. I can provide information on how to walk through this process. 

I do provide a sliding scale based on your income. This is discussed in the free 15-minute consultation.
