About Me
I am a counselor who believes in the power of connection to heal. Far too often we repeat the same patterns, feel hopeless, live out of control, and get stuck in unhealthy relational patterns. I provide an empathetic, confidential, and compassionate space for healing the mind, body and spirit. I use curiosity and compassion to help guide adults to an empowered place to face life's challenges. I graduated with a master's degree in counseling from Oregon State University in 2023 and am currently under the supervision of Anna Tyutyunnik, license number LH61144827 and Skyler Glatt, license number LW61340693 while I have my associate license.
My Approach
I have training in newer and evidence-based methods so that I can use a variety of techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and internal family systems. I utilize tools such as Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and HeartMath to compassionately guide clients to discover and heal hurtful core beliefs, become more aware of their feelings and bodily reactions, create helpful routines and coping mechanisms, and change negative thought patterns and behaviors. As a certified sex addiction therapist candidate, I also specialize in self-acceptance, addressing shame, and increasing emotional tolerance in order to break harmful patterns. I can also be a support and guide to family members of sex addicts and the pain that accompanies that.

I am dedicated to providing personalized care to each of my clients, and am committed to ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest research and techniques.
